What sets the price
Monthly SaaS Fee
A lease. There is no perpetual licence to buy.
How many people are in SAM at once, not how many accounts exist.
Which modules you enable, and which sub-modules within them.
Up to 5,700 kg, or above 5,700 kg.
One-Time Fee
Installation, training, and the data import. An import always carries a fee, because we are always involved in it, and it rises with how much you want us to carry.
How we quote
We build the quote live with you, on screen. You see every line and what drives it, and modules can be switched on and off to see the effect immediately.
The one-off services sit in that same quote, so installation, training and the import are priced before the project starts rather than arriving later in it. You can model other user counts yourself as well, before taking a number to a decision.
Adding a module later. Modules are enabled, not installed. Opening the supply chain module two years in is a licence change, not a migration.
You pay for the modules you want
A small CAMO does not pay for an MRO supply chain it will never open, and can add it later without changing system.
